Academic Achievement Higher in Most Active Kids

Research shows that children who participate in vigorous physical activity, such as sports, perform better in school. A study published by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) compared activity and physical education (PE) to academic achievement, which showed the most active kids more often have better grades.
